providing the following conditions are met.
1. We do not accept returns of single-copy orders.
2. Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of the publisher. Please
make claim to the carrier.
3. Books should be returned to the supplier from whom they were purchased. If
you bought the books from a distributor or wholesaler, they are to be
returned to that supplier.
4. Return permission must be requested. Please e-mail or fax your request to the
publisher, listing title, ISBN, quantity to be returned, and original invoice
number and date.
5. Returns must be accompanied by a packing slip listing title, ISBN, quantity
returned, and original invoice number and date.
6. Books must be in resalable condition. They should be packaged to avoid
damage in transit. Books returned in damaged condition due to inadequate
packing will not be accepted.
